We manufacture and install the prototype in your premises within 1 week of meeting us. One of our Directors will visit your site personally to go over the entire product and ensure that it’s functioning and installed properly. At this point and throughout, we are there to answer any questions from staff before you make a decision.

We schedule a meeting with the Project owner to kick off the project between both yours and our internal PM to confirm timeframes and delivery dates. We then confirm shop drawings and all product specifications – paying close attention to ensure any changes are clarified and agreed upon before production proceeds.

For your peace of mind, we provide weekly updates during production. In this way, you are confident that production is progressing to stated timeframes.
Any potential delays are flagged and managed immediately.

We ship to your door

We ship to your door

Our system sends you notification on shipping. All of our products are delivered on our own delivery vehicles. This allows us to work around any site specific requirements without additional costs or issues to you. We don’t use third party logistics.

Installing your workstations

Installing your workstations

We have our own site manager onsite for the duration of the installations – this ensures that quality of product is maintained. You have a point of contact for prompt resolution of issues including defect rectification (if any). This is all achieved whilst our installers are onsite so as not to delay works.

We provide training, assistance and ongoing support

We provide training, assistance and ongoing support

We stay in contact with staff for training where needed. To ensure that the product is functioning properly we also provide ongoing on-call service for any:

  • Modification or reconfigurations;
  • Breakages;
  • Product assistance;
  • Additional training (especially for those desks with programmable consoles and/or furniture that’s adapted to specific employees).
